As most food side-streams contain similar nutrients as those present in original whole foods (e.g., dietary fiber, proteins, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals), converting them into less perishable and easily transportable powders can aid in the mitigation of world hunger efficiently and economically. We are looking for industrial partners to collaborate in the upcycling of food side-streams into high value nutritional supplements.
