Ingredients

  • 100g Chicken Breast, thinly sliced

  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder

  • 1 clove Garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp Ginger, minced

  • 1 tbsp Coconut Milk

  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce

  • 1 tsp Cooking Oil
  • 50g Bell Peppers or Carrots, sliced

Procedure

  1. Heat oil in a pot and sauté onions, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.

  2. Add turmeric, cumin, sweet potato, and chickpeas. Stir well.

  3. Pour in coconut milk and simmer until sweet potatoes are soft.

  4. Season to taste and garnish with coriander.
