Tropical Fruit & Burrata Salad

Ingredients

●     ¾ cup Dragon Fruit, cubed

●     ¾ cup Pomelo, segmented

●     ½ cup Mixed Lettuce or Greens

●     50 g Burrata Cheese

●     ¼ cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved

●     1 tbsp Berry Dressing or BalsamicVinegar Reduction

EdibleFlowers (optional) forgarnish

Instructions

  1. Arrange mixed greens on a serving plate.
  2. Place dragon fruit, pomelo segments, and cherry tomatoes over the greens.
  3. Gently tear burrata cheese and add to salad.
  4. Drizzle balsamic vinegar reduction or berry dressing on top.
  5. Garnish with edible flowers (optional) and serve immediately.
