● Firm tofu (cubed): 100g
● Cooked black rice: 150g
● Broccoli (chopped): 60g
● Red cabbage (shredded): 50g
● Garlic: 1 clove, minced
● Ginger: 1 tsp, minced
● Sesame seeds: 1 tsp
● Sesame oil (for stir-frying): 1 tsp
● Soy sauce or tamari (low sodium): 1 tbsp
Sauté garlic, ginger, add chopped veg and tofucubes, stir-fry with tamari sauce. Serve with black rice.
