Ingredients

●     Green banana (peeled): 1 small (90g)

●     Plain kefir (unsweetened): 150ml

●     Flaxseed (ground): 1 tablespoon (10g)

●     Kiwi (peeled and chopped): 1 medium(70g)

●     Green apple (sliced): ½ small (60g)

●     Water or ice: as needed for blending

Instructions

  1. Combine banana, kefir, flaxseed, kiwi, and apple in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding water or ice for desired consistency.
  3. Serve chilled.
