Acai Bowl with Chia, Blueberries & Banana

Ingredients

●     Frozen açaí purée (unsweetened): 100g

●     Banana (sliced): 1 small (90g)

●     Blueberries (fresh or frozen): 50g

●     Chia seeds: 1 tablespoon (12g)

●     Almonds (sliced or chopped): 1tablespoon (10g)

●     Optional toppings: extra banana slices,berries, or a drizzle of nut butter

Instructions

  1. Blend açaí, banana, and a splash of water or plant milk until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with blueberries, chia seeds, and almonds.
  3. Serve immediately while cold.
