Claiming Your Offer

 • Policyholders must personally contact AMILI’s participating clinic partners in Singapore to purchase the Gut Microbiome Screening Service package. They must present their Manulife app showing reward eligibility to the participating clinic during the visit.  

• Payment to be made directly to the participating clinic partners in Singapore Dollars. 

• The Policyholder can conduct stool sample collection at the clinic and return the sample on the same day. Alternatively, the Policyholder can conduct the Gut Health Screening kit at the comfort of their own residence and return the sample by hand directly to the clinic or via SingPost using the pre-paid postage labeled envelope provided in the kit. Any other courier services used will be at the Policyholder’s own expense.

• AMILI and its participating clinic partners do not offer kit collection or sample pick-up service outside of Singapore. If the Policyholder is based outside of Singapore, the Policyholder must collect the kits from AMILI’s participating partner clinics in person and arrange for sample delivery to AMILI’s laboratory independently.
