Job Scope: (Roles and Responsibilities)
· Support the optimisation and maintenance of sales and operational playbooks to improve team efficiency
· Assist with day-to-day operations, including order fulfilment and coordination of deliveries for Gut Health Test Kits and probiotics
· Contribute to the development and refinement of internal processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing, Tech, Logistics) to gather key information and ensure timely execution of projects
· Assist in the creation and upkeep of marketing and operational materials
· Provide support on ad hoc tasks to address business and operational needs as they arise
· Participate in hands-on tasks when required, such as packing kits and preparing orders for dispatch
Job Requirements:
· Demonstrates interest in sales operations, logistics, and/or business processes
· Positive, hands-on attitude with a willingness to take on a wide range of tasks
· Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
· Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and complete tasks efficiently
· Willing to be hands-on and adaptable to changing priorities or ad hoc needs
· Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and open to providing suggestions for improvement
· Preferably has a keen interest in understanding the commercial dynamics of the healthcare industry
