3. No Doctor-Patient Relationship

4. Product Use and Results
All products and services offered on this Site are used at your own risk. Individual results may vary and are not guaranteed. AMILI makes no warranties or representations as to the effectiveness or suitability of any product or service for any purpose.

4A. Probiotics Fulfilment
Personalised probiotics will only be sent after you have completed the gut health test, submitted your sample, and your microbiome report has been generated. These probiotics are tailored to your specific gut profile and cannot be produced or shipped before your test is completed and analysed.
Please note that the turnaround time for receiving your report is at least 3 weeks from the date we receive your sample, and may be longer during periods of high demand or operational delays.
AMILI is not liable for delays caused by incomplete sample submission, postal delays, or events outside our control.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AMILI, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, loss of revenue, or other losses arising out of:
· your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Site or its products
· reliance on any content or recommendation on the Site
· any unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
· any bugs, viruses, or harmful elements transmitted through the Site
Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site or products is to stop using them.
